Shadow Sister may offer a combination of embodiment practices including ritual, movement, yoga, meditation, and nervous system regulation tools. I understand that this includes some physical activity and that it is my responsibility to listen to the limits of my own body.
If I have any concerns around my physical health (whether that includes past or current pain, injury or discomfort), I understand that I will consult with an appropriate health professional such as a doctor first for clearance before participating in the group.
I understand that I am participating at my own risk, and that I hereby agree to not hold Abelina Wolf (the facilitator) liable for any incidences that may cause injury, loss, damage, or death.
I understand that this group is not a replacement for psychological therapy. If I have any past or current concerns around my mental or emotional health that may impact my participation, I understand that it is recommended for me to seek support for this through a qualified health profressional (e.g. doctor, psychologist).
