More About Abelina
Hello and welcome love...
My name is Abelina, I am a Dark Feminine Embodiment Guide & 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher here to share the teachings of the Divine Dark Feminine through tools that combine the embodied magic of intuitive movement and dance, somatic practices, yoga, meditation, shadow work, and ritual.
This is my soul's calling — to invite other women back into their most authentic expression by remembering the deep connection to their body, their intuition, their emotions, their sensual and cyclical nature, their strength, and their wisdom... the darkness itself and the Dark Feminine aspects of ourselves are not something to repress or fix but rather something to understand, accept and embrace — creating the path back to our inner strength and light.

For the past ten years, I have been working as a registered psychologist in a trauma-informed space, always approaching my work with clients with a curiosity around what is hidden beneath. To go deeper in order to understand what may need attending to emotionally so that there is an inner sense of trust and autonomy that can unfold in the process. Although kept seperate from my Dark Feminine Embodiment offerings, my experience of working in the psychology space deeply informs my understanding and passion to hold others with openness, grounding, and compassion in their journey of transformation.
Through this journey of Dark Feminine Embodiment, my hope is to create a space where you can remember the trust within to feel into your most authentic and powerful expression...

Why The Dark Feminine?
The Dark Feminine energy is the part of ourselves
that feels deeply connected to her body, her inner guidance,
her emotions, her sensual nature and pleasure,
her power, and her authentic expression.
She embraces the unknown and times of uncertainty
as opportunities for growth and transformation,
creating a deeper flow with the nature of life.
Within my own journey of descending and a consistent devotion
to the Divine Dark Feminine through my love for intuitive dance, yoga,
somatic movement, meditation, and daily rituals,
I was able to remember and embody those parts of myself that had long been silenced and forgotten (like it has for many of us women).

The truth is...the Divine Dark Feminine is within
all of us, waiting to be awakened...
