Shadow Sister is a weekly one-hour online group for women where we gather together to explore the teachings

of the Dark Feminine through ritual, gentle movement practices, yin or restorative yoga, meditation, reflective journaling and other tools to help create the space to feel more connected with ourselves in our day-to-day lives.

​

Even though it is an online circle it does not mean it can't be sacred and just as deep... This is an opportunity for you to pause, unwind, and go inward all while connecting with other powerful like-hearted souls like you.

What Shadow Sister offers?

— A weekly 60-minute online circle via Zoom every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 8.30pm AEST

​

— A space to slow down and go deep to build a more loving and respectful relationship towards yourself

​

— A varied combination of embodiment practices such as gentle intuitive and sensual movement, yin or restorative yoga, somatic meditations, reflective journaling, ritual practices, shadow work and other strategies to support your nervous system, build deeper body and emotional awareness, as well as create a stronger sense of empowerment and self-trust that you can carry more into your life (guided and held by Abelina Wolf)

— An exploration of different weekly topics that cover the wisdom of Dark Feminine energy and what she can teach us in terms of building our intuition, our sensuality, our inner strength, and our authentic expression

— A beautiful and powerful community of women who are also feeling the call towards embodying more of the Dark Feminine into their lives

— Access to the Facebook "Shadow Sister" Community page where we can share our experiences, insights, and any topic suggestions for upcoming circles

This space is not a weekly commitment as you can book and join any session on a Wednesday. While of course there is an invitation to make this your own weekly ritual to honour the Dark Feminine within...
